This program is designed to teach us to work effectively as a supervisor with subordinates, peers, and other supervisors.  Supervisors and employees who are ready to be promoted to a supervisory position should attend this workshop.  Lecture, practical exercises, group discussions, and role playing will be used to ensure maximum individual participation.  The program will be held at your facility and the dates will be scheduled at your convenience.
