Purpose   The training is designed to provide admission and retention strategies that postsecondary personnel can use in operating their institutions.  These strategies can be used as a tool of management that increases retention, graduates, and placement rates of students served by the institution.

 

 

Objective   To assist postsecondary personnel in acquiring knowledge, understanding and skills that are necessary to provide effective admission and retention services to their students that will increase retention graduation and placement rates.  The admission and retention strategies will be explored by all participants.
