NMCHEA has produced a program for businesses, community organizations and educational institutions. "Managing Together" Institute consists of strategic consulting technology transfer, employee training, personal development, self-directed teams and program customization. The goal of the "Managing Together" Institute is to provide staff development programs and technical assistance to these entities. The programs are designed to:
NMCHEA's aim is to provide for each agency specialized programs in "Managing Together" ; these include but are not limited to assessment, planning, installation, ongoing technical support, initial training for administrators, staff and project development. NMCHEA "Managing Together" Institute specializes in the administration, management and evaluation processes of educational institutions, community based organizations and private sector businesses.
